One step away from sky … you may star-gaze in the Cima Rest quiet!
At Cima Rest hamlet you may enjoy a peerless view of the celestial vault and there is an astronomical observatory built at a 1,200’ altitude.
Free from atmospheric and light pollution, the valley allows to observe the celestial bodies in ideal conditions.
The Observatory management is entrusted to the Salò Astrophiles Association, in collaboration with the Mountain Communities “Alto Garda Bresciano Park” and the Magasa municipality.
It’s open to public every Saturday night from May to September (reservation needed)
